In s pired by the enduring intellectual legacy of Ali al-Wardi, and in recognition of the transformative role he played in the study of society and human thought, Al-Warrak Publishing announces the establishment of the Dr. Ali Al-Wardi Prize for Social and Human Sciences.

Initiated by Majed Shubber, the Prize is conceived as an independent cultural project dedicated to preserving Al-Wardi’s scholarly heritage and transforming his ideas into a continuing source of inspiration for present and future generations.

The Prize draws upon Al-Wardi’s call for independent thinking, free from ideological constraint and sectarian rigidity. It affirms the human being as the highest value, measured by knowledge, work, and contribution to society rather than inherited classifications. It also echoes his deeply held principle: human beings are brothers to one another, a value the Prize seeks to reinforce within contemporary Arab cultural discourse.
